Client Policies/Reminders

Grace Period: Please note that there is a grace period of 15 minutes for scheduled appointments. After this duration, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be required to reschedule for another time.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment can incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make it due to illness or an emergency, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Additionally, you will be ineligible to schedule future appointments.

Booking Appointments: Please double-check your booking to ensure you've selected the services you need, including soak-offs & tier design if necessary.
